摘  要:针对氢能源汽车系统用瓶阀、加氢口、单向阀等高可靠性要求,进行了密封面材料验证及仿真分析。通过样件疲劳测试、仿真计算及产品工况寿命测试数据对比,获得了PI(SP-1)、PEEK、PCTFE、PI5000等材料的抗疲劳能力及承受应力极限能力。样件测试疲劳值与仿真计算值成正相关关系,但实测值要比仿真计算次数大,这源于实测与仿真对于疲劳的定义有关。这项研究结果为高压储氢系统阀门的设计和优化提供了理论依据,也为其他金属、非金属密封材料的验证提供了方案。The verification and simulation analysis of the common sealing surface materials of on tank valve,fueling receptacle,check valve and also other valves on hydrogen storage system of FCVs.In this paper,it compared the data of fatigue test,simulation calculation and product working condition life test,and got the fatigue resistance and stress limit of PI(SP-1),PEEK,PCTFE,PI 5000 and other materials,the fatigue value of the sample test is positively correlated with the simulation calculation val-ue,but the actual test fatigue value is much larger than the simulation calculation result,this difference is caused by the different definition of fatigue between measurement and simulation.The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for the design and optimization of high-pressure hydrogen storage system valves,and also provide a solution for the verification of other metal and non-metal materials that can also be used as sealing materials.
