摘 要:随着国家能源结构的清洁化转型发展,火电机组在深度调峰中发挥着重要的积极作用。目前,低压缸微出力技术的优化升级是火电机组深度调峰中较为有效的手段之一。某电厂结合自身实际对机组实施了低压缸微出力改造,通过技术改造,重点分析了机组的调峰能力和收益,结果表明:在供热量(采暖抽汽流量约300t/h,供热负荷约242MW)相同的条件下,微出力工况下机组调峰能力提升52.426MW,零出力工况调峰能力提升69.464MW。With the clean transformation and development of the national energy structure,thermal pow-er units play an important and positive role in deep peak shaving.At present,the optimization and up-grading of low-pressure cylinder micro-output technology is one of the more effective means for deep peak shaving of thermal power units.A power plant has implemented a low-pressure cylinder mi-cro-output transformation of the unit in combination with its own reality.Through technical transfor-mation,the peak-shaving capacity and benefits of the unit are analyzed.The results show that under the same conditions of heating capacity(heating extraction flow is about 300 t/h,heating load is about 242 MW),the peak-shaving capacity of the unit under micro-output conditions is increased by 52.426 MW,and the peak-shaving capacity under zero-output conditions is increased by 69.464 MW.
