数字经济赋能海洋经济高质量发展的机制与路径

摘　　要：为研究数字经济对海洋经济高质量发展的赋能效应,文章选取2007—2022年沿海11个省份的面板数据,构建海洋经济发展质量和数字经济发展水平的指标体系,计量数字经济对海洋经济高质量发展的实际效应,在此基础上,运用中介效应模型和门槛效应模型分析其理论机制与发展路径。实证结果表明:数字经济对海洋经济高质量发展存在显著的促进作用;数字经济通过人力资本积累效应、产业结构升级效应和生产服务智能化效应赋能海洋经济高质量发展;数字经济对海洋经济高质量发展存在显著的门槛效应。To investigate the empowering effect of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the marine economy,this article utilizes panel data from 11 coastal provinces from 2007 to 2022,constructs an indicator system for the development quality of the marine economy and the development level of the digital economy,measures the actual effects of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the marine economy,and based on this,uses the mediation effect model and the threshold effect model to analyze its theoretical mechanism and development path.The empirical result indicates that the digital economy significantly contributes to the high-quality development of the marine economy.The digital economy empowers the high-quality develepement of the marine economy through the effects of human capital accumulation,industrial structure upgrading,and the intelligent development of production services.The digital economy has a significant threshold effect on the high-quality development of the marine economy.
