摘 要:为探究高强无间隙原子钢的低温脆性,对不同批次的450 MPa级高强无间隙原子钢进行二次加工脆化试验。结果表明:样杯边部粗糙度越大,材料的二次加工脆化温度越高;适当提高B元素含量,可有效提高材料的抗低温冲击性能,当B元素质量分数为0.001 2%,样杯边部粗糙度为0.3μm时,二次加工脆化温度小于-60℃。To investigate the low temperature brittleness of high-strength gapless atomic steel,secondary processing embrittlement tests were conducted on different batches of 450 MPa high-strength gapless atomic steel.The results show that the larger the roughness of the sample cup edge,the higher the secondary processing embrittlement temperature of the material.Appropriately increasing the content of B element could effectively improve the low temperature impact resistance of materials.When the mass fraction of B element was 0.001 2% and the roughness of the sample cup edge was 0.3 μm,the secondary processing embrittlement temperature was less than-60 ℃.
