摘 要:某SM490钢板的力学性能出现不合格情况。采用宏观观察、金相检验、工艺调查等方法对该钢力学性能不合格的原因进行分析,并提出了改进措施。结果表明:轧制温度控制工艺不合理使钢中出现魏氏组织和网状铁素体,导致金属材料的塑性变差;拉伸试样中存在明显的沟槽、台阶等加工缺陷,在进行拉伸试验时,缺陷部位产生应力集中,最终导致试样的力学性能不合格。The mechanical properties of a certain SM490 steel plate were found to be unqualified.The reasons for the unqualified mechanical properties of the steel were analyzed using macroscopic observation,metallographic examination and process investigation methods,and improvement measures were proposed.The results show that the unreasonable rolling temperature control process led to the appearance of Widmannstatten structure and network ferrite in the steel,resulting in a decrease in the plasticity of the metal material.There were obvious processing defects such as grooves and steps in the tensile test sample.During the tensile test,stress concentration occurred at the defect site,ultimately led to the mechanical properties of the sample being unqualified.
