摘  要:某核电站高压缸侧排汽测温套管在运行过程中发生泄漏问题。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、硬度测试、金相检验、扫描电镜及能谱分析等方法对套管泄漏的原因进行分析。结果表明:套管剖面发生了减薄现象,减薄处主要存在白色发亮的氧化物和黑色基体金属,在高温蒸汽的冲刷腐蚀作用下,套管在氧化和脱落循环过程中不断减薄,最终导致套管泄漏。A leakage problem occurred during the operation of the high-pressure cylinder side exhaust temperature measurement sleeve in a nuclear power plant.The causes of casing leakage were analyzed using macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examination,scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the casing profile underwent thinning,with white shiny oxides and black matrix metals mainly presented at the thinning area.Under the erosion and corrosion of high-temperature steam,the casing was continuously thinned during the oxidation and detachment cycle,ultimately led to leakage of the casing.
