不同栽培配方对灵芝产量及品质的影响

摘　　要：为探寻册亨县灵芝袋料栽培适宜的栽培配方,为当地灵芝栽培产业的发展提供参考。研究者以‘赤芝’为试验材料,2022年在册亨县设置了4个不同栽培配方处理,比较不同栽培配方对灵芝菌丝及子实体生长、产量及品质的影响。结果表明:不同栽培配方对灵芝菌丝长势、日均长速、菌盖直径、菌柄长度、孢子粉干重、子实体干重、总产量、三萜及甾醇含量、灵芝多糖含量等生长、产量及品质指标均存在显著影响,以T3处理灵芝生长速度最快、产量最高、品质最佳。因此,在册亨县灵芝袋料栽培中,适宜的栽培配方比例为枯枝条∶麸皮∶玉米粉∶石灰∶石膏为86∶7∶5∶1∶1,建议在当地大力推广及应用。To explore the suitable cultivation formulas for the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum bag material in Ceheng County,and to provide reference for the development of local Ganoderma lucidum cultivation industry.In this study,four different cultivation formulas were set up to compare the effects of different cultivation formulas on the growth,yield and quality of Ganoderma lucidum mycelium and fruiting body.The results showed that different cultivation formulas had significant effects on the average daily growth rate,cap diameter,stipe length,spore powder dry weight,fruiting body dry weight,total yield,triterpene and sterol content,Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide content,etc.,and the T3 treatment had the fastest growth rate,with the highest yield and the best quality.To sum up,in the cultivation of Ganoderma lucidum bag material in Ceheng County,the suitable cultivation formula is:86.0% dry branches,7.0% bran,5.0% corn flour,1.0% lime and 1.0% gypsum,which are recommended to be vigorously promoted and applied locally.
