摘 要:通过腐蚀挂片对新疆油田X井区多元热流体地面管道进行动态监测,并根据监测结果挑选出具有代表性失效管段。对获取的失效管段进行了壁厚测量、组织观察、腐蚀速率计算、化学成分分析和腐蚀产物分析,综合评估管道腐蚀损伤程度和腐蚀规律。通过室内模拟腐蚀试验对管道腐蚀机理进行验证。结果表明:20钢地面管道在多元热流体中腐蚀严重;表面显微组织中观察到贝氏体和魏氏组织,管道中碳含量减少;腐蚀产物主要成分为Fe_(2)O_(3)和Fe_(3)O_(4);管道先发生二氧化碳腐蚀,然后发生氧腐蚀,反应物中氧气对管道腐蚀速率的影响最大。The ground pipeline for multiple thermal fluids in well area X of Xinjiang Oilfield was dynamically monitored by corrosion coupon.The representative failure pipe section was selected according to the monitoring results.The wall thickness measurement,microstructure observation,corrosion rate calculation,chemical composition analysis and corrosion product analysis were carried out for the obtained failed pipe section,in order to synthetically evaluate damage degree and corrosion rule of the failed pipe section.The corrosion mechanism of pipeline was verified by indoor simulated corrosion test.The results show that 20 steel ground pipeline was seriously corroded in multiple thermal fluids.Bainite and Weidner structures were observed in the microstructure of the failed pipe section surface,and the carbon content of the pipeline was reduced.Carbon dioxide corrosion occurred first,and then oxygen corrosion occurred in the pipeline.Oxygen in the reactants had the greatest effect on the corrosion rate of the pipeline.
