摘 要:目的:探究整合性神经肌肉训练对青少年乒乓球运动员专项运动能力的影响。方法:以16名青少年男子乒乓球运动员为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各8名运动员,实验组运动员进行为期8周每周3次每次90min的整合性神经肌肉训练,对照组运动员进行为期8周每周3次每次90min的传统体能训练。训练干预前后对所有运动员进行卧推、深蹲、原地双脚纵跳摸高、立定跳远、30m跑、T字型跑、单腿闭眼站立、Y平衡测试;使用SPSS 26.0统计学软件对实验前后所测得的数据进行T检验分析。结果:训练干预前两组运动员各项指标测试成绩均无显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组运动员经过传统体能训练干预后30m跑、T字型跑、Y平衡与训练前相比无显著性差异(P>0.05),其他指标与训练前相比均具有显著性提高(P<0.05);实验组运动员经过8周的整合性神经肌肉训练,各指标测试成绩与训练前相比均具有非常显著性提高(P<0.01),训练干预后与对照组相比各指标也均具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:整合性神经肌肉训练可以有效提高乒乓球运动员的基础力量、爆发力、速度、灵敏、平衡稳定性等运动能力,且训练效果要比常规体能训练更好。Objective:To explore the effect of integrated neuromuscular training on the special athletic ability of young table tennis players.Methods:Sixteen young male table tennis players were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 8 players in each group.The experimental group underwent integrated neuromuscular training of 90min three times a week for 8 weeks,while the control group underwent traditional physical training of 90min three times a week for 8 weeks.Bench press,squat,vertical jump with two feet in place,standing long jump,30m running,T-shaped running,standing with one leg closed eyes,Y balance test are performed on all athletes before and after training intervention;the data measured before and after the experiment are analyzed by T test using SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Results:Before the training intervention,there were no significant differences in the test scores of the two groups(P>0.05).The athletes in the control group ran 30m,T-shape running and Y balance had no significant difference compared with before training(P>0.05),and other indexes were significantly improved compared with before training(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of integrated neuromuscular training,the test scores of all indexes in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with those before training(P<0.01),and the indexes were also significantly different after training intervention compared with the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Integrated neuromuscular training can effectively improve the basic strength,explosive power and speed of table tennis players degree,agility,balance and stability,and the training effect is better than the conventional physical training.
