摘 要:溶解性有机质(dissolved organic matter,DOM)是地表水环境中最重要的组成成分之一。由于其特殊的理化性质,在水体中可作为有机污染物的重要络合剂和吸附剂,影响有机污染物在水体中的迁移转化、生物有效性、毒性等。利用VOSviewer软件进行时间和关键词的共现分析,通过分析纳入147篇有效文献,总结水体中不同分子量、浓度和组成成分的DOM对有机污染物生物效应的影响机制,并对未来研究方向进行展望。分析发现:DOM能有效缓解水体中log Kow>5.37的有机污染物的毒性效应,对log Kow在1.55—5.37的有机污染物的缓解作用随DOM浓度升高而降低,而对log Kow<1.55的有机污染物的缓解作用随DOM浓度升高而升高。有助于深入理解水体中DOM对有机污染物归趋的影响,对水生生态风险评估具有重要借鉴意义。Background,aim,and scope Dissolved organic matter(DOM)is a class of heterogeneous mixture of compounds with different molecular sizes,composition,and reactivity.It serves as an important link between abiotic and biotic systems.It can affect the transport,transformation,bioavailability,toxicity,and biogeochemistry of organic pollutants via ion exchange,hydrogen bonding,covalent bonding,adsorption,and eventually their fate in the aquatic environments.In this study,bibliometrics was explored to investigate the inf luencing mechanism of DOM in water on biological effects of organic pollutants,focusing on their concentration,composition,molecular weight,and other factors.Materials and methods VOSviewer 1.6.18 software was applied to analyze co-occurrence of publication date and keywords,and to obtain the charts and relevant visual maps.The review summarized 147 literatures on the effects of DOM with different molecular weight,concentration,and component on the bioavailability and toxicity of organic pollutants in aquatic environments.Results DOM with different properties such as composition,molecular weight,and octanol/water partition coefficient interacted with organic pollutants or organisms differently,which eventually affected the fate and toxicity of organic pollutants.Discussion In general,the toxic effects of organic pollutants were pronounced with the increase of DOM concentration.In addition,the order of the effects of different components of DOM on the bioavailability and toxicity of organic pollutants was:protein>aromatic substances>lipid.DOM with different molecular weights contained different effective components and interacted differently with organic pollutants,which led to different bioaccumulation and toxicity of DOM in organic organisms.In addition,the log Kow inf luenced the bioavailability and toxicity of organic pollutants in the presence of DOM.Conclusions DOM shows different effects on the toxicity of organic pollutants due to its complex structure.The results reveal the importance of DOM for th
