摘　　要：精细油藏描述是油田开发最基础的工作之一,历来受到研究者的高度重视。中国石油制定的企业标准《精细油藏描述技术规范》对于精细油藏描述标准化和规范化至关重要。详细介绍技术规范制修订背景,分析目前该技术规范还存在未被全面应用、内容要求执行不彻底、不同研究内容之间缺乏成因联系、研究成果提交不规范、精细油藏描述专项评价以定性为主、与国家、行业和企业标准结合不足等问题。建议加大《精细油藏描述技术规范》宣贯力度,严格按照规范各项要求开展工作,精细油藏描述坚持地质成因机制控制,严格规范提交各种成果数据体、数据表和成果图件,创建精细油藏描述研究过程及成果定量评价体系,加强与国家、行业和企业相关标准结合使用,不断提高精细油藏描述标准化和规范化水平。Fine reservoir description is part of the most basic work for oilfield development.“Fine Reservoir Description Technical Specification”,the corporate standard formulated by PetroChina,is of vital importance to standardization and specification of fine reservoir description.Currently,this technical specification still faces a number of problems,such as failure to be fully adopted,the requirements in the content unable to be carried out thoroughly,lack of genetic relations in the different studied contents,non-standardized submission of research achievements,evaluation of the special items mainly based on determination of the property,and inadequately close relations with other related standards.To further specify the research work of fine reservoir description and improve oilfield development quality,it is proposed to enhance promotion of the technical specification,strictly abide by the requirements of specification,adhere to control over geological genetic mechanism,and strictly manage submission of the achievements,such as data bodies,data tables and graphs.It is also necessary to establish the research process and the quantitative evaluation system of achievements,enhance combination with the national,industrial and corporate standards when used and continually improve standardization and specification of fine reservoir description.
