摘  要:基于皮肤胆红素发射特征光谱的特性,设计了一种非侵入式胆红素浓度检测系统,利用特定的双波长光源、长短程光路及特殊设计的窄带滤光系统,结合混合光后分光光谱检测技术、光纤传输技术、光电检测系统及嵌入式系统,实现无创、快速测量皮肤胆红素浓度。该系统具有无损伤、体积小、质量轻、易操作的特点,为临床提供了便捷工具,在判断黄疸及评估其风险方面具有重要应用价值。A non-invasive bilirubin concentration detection system was designed based on the characteristics of the skin bilirubin emission characteristic spectrum.Using a specific dual wavelength light source,long and short range optical path,and a specially designed narrowband filtering system,combined with mixed light spectral detection technology,fiber optic transmission technology,photoelectric detection system,and embedded system,non-invasive and rapid measurement of skin bilirubin concentration was achieved.This system has the characteristics of no damage,small size,light weight,and easy operation,providing convenient tools for clinical practice and having important application value in judging jaundice and assessing its risk.
