摘  要:设计并实现了一种基于MSP430F149单片机的三相异步电机保护系统,集成了对缺相、漏电、短路、过压、过流等故障的全面检测功能,确保电机的安全启动与稳定运行。采用附加直流源法识别缺相与漏电故障,通过特制的调理电路与芯片内置的12位模数转换器精准采集电压与电流信息。当检测到故障时,系统迅速触发跳闸保护机制,并通过12864液晶显示模块指示故障类型,同时蜂鸣器发出警报信号。涵盖了交流采样算法优化、故障模式精准识别、保护策略即时执行及实时显示界面设计。测试验证表明,该磁力启动器控制系统性能优良,实时响应迅速,保护动作准确无误,运行稳定可靠,成功达成设计预期目标。A three-phase asynchronous motor protection system based on MSP430F149 microcontroller has been designed and implemented,which integrates comprehensive detection functions for phase loss,leakage,short circuit,overvoltage,overcurrent and other faults,ensuring the safe start-up and stable operation of the motor.The additional DC source method is used to identify phase loss and leakage faults,and the precise voltage and current information are collected through a specially designed conditioning circuit and a built-in 12 bit analog-to-digital converter on the chip.When a fault is detected,the system quickly triggers the trip protection mechanism and indicates the fault type through the 12864 LCD display module,while the buzzer emits an alarm signal.It covers optimization of communication sampling algorithms,precise identification of fault modes,real-time execution of protection strategies,and real-time display interface design.Test verification shows that the magnetic starter control system has excellent performance,rapid realtime response,accurate and error free protection actions,stable and reliable operation,and successfully achieves the expected design goals.
