现浇管廊变形缝接头力学性能数值模拟研究

摘  要:以鄂州东站片区交通配套项目吴都大道现浇管廊工程为背景,通过有限元模拟软件,构建了现浇管廊变形缝接头等细部构造的数值模型,着重分析了管廊变形缝接头两侧管廊的顶板、底板、左侧墙、中隔墙、右侧墙的位移及受力性能,得到了相应的位移分布及应力变化规律。结合现场变形缝接头处的处理方式及模拟计算结果,对现浇管廊变形缝处的处理措施提出了建议,可为施工设计提供参考。Taking the cast-in-situ pipe gallery on Wudu Road in the traffic support project of Ezhoudong Railway Station as an example,a numerical model was built with finite element simulation software for structural details(e.g.connectors at deformation joints)of cast-in-situ pipe galleries.The displacement and mechanical properties of the top plates,bottom plates,left walls,partition walls and right walls of pipe galleries on both sides of connectors at deformation joints were analyzed.The laws of displacement distribution and stress variation were obtained accordingly.Based on the actions taken to connectors at cast-in-situ deformation joints and results of simulated calculation,suggestions were put forward on the solutions to connectors at deformation joints of cast-in-situ pipe galleries,thus providing a reference for the construction design.
