摘 要:随着分布式新能源在新型电力系统中的比重越来越大,如何根据不同的上网电价政策,制定光储系统优化运行策略,探索两者对工业园区用电支出的影响,变得尤为重要。以工业园区自然月用电支出最小为目标,考虑各类约束条件,构建优化模型,并提出一种改进的逐步优化算法,用于模型求解;选取不同的上网电价作为输入条件,分析其对购电成本、售电收益、需量电费等方面的影响,经算例分析表明,所提改进算法效果更优,能够明显降低工业园区用电支出。With the increasing proportion of distributed new energy in the new power system,how to formulate the optimal operation strategy of photovoltaic and energy storage systems according to different grid electricity selling price policies,and explore the influence of the two on the electricity expenditure in industrial parks,which is particularly important.This article aims to minimize the natural monthly electricity expenditure in industrial parks,considering various constraints,constructing optimization model,then proposing an improved progressive optimality algorithm used to solve the model.The different grid electricity selling prices are selected as input conditions,their effects on purchasing cost,selling income and demand electricity are analyzed.The example analysis shows that the improved algorithm has better effect,and can significantly reduce the electricity expenditure of the industrial park.
