摘 要:本文针对大型浮吊回转支承结构的轻量化设计的迫切需求,结合海洋工程装备技术最新进展,揭示了现有研究在该领域的不足。通过对比分析国内外研究进展,创新性提出以低摩擦非金属材料替代传统金属滚子,设计了一款滑动摩擦式回转支承结构。通过对PTFE和Nylatron 703XL材料的性能比较实验,证实Nylatron 703XL展现出优异的抗蠕变性能,适用于大型浮吊的轻量化需求,而PTFE不适合此应用场景。通过搭建缩比实验模型进行验证,结果表明该设计方案成功实现了结构减重,同时确保在大负载条件下的灵活稳定运行,有力推动了海洋工程装备的轻量化升级和高效持久使用。This research focuses on the urgent need for lightweight design of large floating crane slewing support structures.Given the latest progress in marine engineering equipment technology,we discuss the shortcomings of existing research in this field.By comparing and analyzing the research progress at home and abroad,we propose an innovative method that adopts low friction non-metallic materials so as to replace traditional metal rollers.Thus,we design a sliding friction rotary bearing structure.The results of comparative experiments on the performance of PTFE and Nylatron 703XL materials show that Nylatron 703XL exhibits higher creep resistance than PTFE.It means that while Nylatron 703XL is suitable for the lightweight requirements of large floating cranes,PTFE is not suitable for this application scenario.The results of the scaled-down modelling experiment show that this design both achieves reducing structural weight and ensuring flexible-stable operation under heavy load conditions.This method may effectively promote the lightweight upgrading and efficient&long-lasting use of marine engineering equipment.
