摘  要:JAZ(jasmonate ZIM-domain,JAZ)蛋白是一类茉莉酸途径的调节因子,通过与其他信号通路相关成员互相作用,共同调节植物各类重要生命活动。为更好地了解JAZ基因家族在百香果(Passiflora edulis Sims)中系统表征并预测基因功能,本研究通过生物信息学方法对百香果JAZ基因鉴定并对其基因特征、系统进化、表达模式等进行了系统分析。结果表明:百香果全基因组编码12个JAZ基因不均匀地分布在4条染色体上,隶属6个亚家族(Group I—VI);进化分析表明,PeJAZ基因的扩增主要归因于片段复制事件;蛋白互作预测分析表明,PeJAZs蛋白具有功能多样性;转录组测序技术分析揭示了PeJAZ基因不同组织和不同胁迫下具显著的表达差异;值得关注的是,PeJAZ3可能是协助百香果抗病毒的一个潜在基因。上述发现可为进一步研究PeJAZs功能和调控机制提供了基础。JAZ(jasmonate ZIM-domain,JAZ)proteins are a class of jasmonate pathway regulators,which work together to regulate various important life activities of plants through interactions with other signaling pathway-related members.To understand the systematic characterization and functional prediction of the JAZ gene family in passion fruit better,this study identified the passion fruit JAZ gene with bioinformatics technology,and systematically analyzed the gene characterization,phylogeny,and expression pattern.The results show that the whole genome of passion fruit encodes 12 JAZ genes,which are unevenly distributed on four chromosomes and belong to six subfamilies(Groups I-VI).Evolutionary analysis result show that the amplification of PeJAZ genes is mainly attributed to fragment duplication events.Predictive analysis result of protein interactions show that PeJAZs proteins are functionally diverse,and RNA-seq analysis result reveal significant expression differences of PeJAZ genes in different tissues and under different stresses.It is noteworthy that PeJAZ3 may be a potential gene that assists in virus resistance in passion fruit.The above findings may provide a basis for further studies on the functions and regulatory mechanisms of PeJAZs.
