疝气带与弹力裤预防腹腔疝术后血清肿疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:研究疝气带压迫与弹力裤压迫预防腹腔疝术后血清肿的效果。方法:选取120例腹股沟疝患者为研究对象,按照干预方式不同分为两组,每组各60例。观察组采取疝气带压迫;对照组采取弹力裤压迫。比较两组患者舒适度、生活质量、术后疼痛及血清肿情况。结果:术后14、30 d,观察组患者VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);血清肿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的疼痛、疝气感觉、运动受限、总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者的生活质量各项评分均升高,且观察组患者的生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:疝气带压迫预防腹腔疝术后血清肿具有明显效果,患者的舒适感提升,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of hernia band compression and elastic pants compression on preventing seroma after abdominal hernia operation.Methods:120 patients with inguinal hernia were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods,60 cases in each group.The observation group was subjected to hernia belt compression,while the control group was subjected to elastic pants compression.Comfort,quality of life,postoperative pain and seroma were compared between the two groups.Results:VAS scores at 14 and 30 days after surgery in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The incidence of seroma 14 and 30 days after surgery in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain,hernia sensation,movement limitation and total score of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in both groups were increased,and the scores of quality of life in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hernia band compression has a remarkable effect on preventing seroma after abdominal hernia operation,and the patient s comfort is improved,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
