数实融合与数字产业集群的互促机制及推进策略研究

摘　　要：数实融合已成为当今数字经济发展最显著的特征,产业集群数字化发展是数字经济下产业集群发展的必然走向,数实融合和数字产业集群发展同生共促、相得益彰,两者之间的相互作用关系值得深入探讨。本文归纳了数实融合及数字产业集群的内涵特征,分析了两者之间的互动现状,并深刻剖析了数实融合与数字产业集群的互促机制。数实融合的不断深入促进了企业数字化转型升级、提高了集群内资源优化配置、开拓了集群市场新空间,从而推动数字产业集群做大做强,而数字产业集群发展过程中产生的规模效应、技术溢出效应、网络协同效应,能够降低数实融合成本、促进技术扩散、优化产业生态,从而推动数实融合在速度、广度和深度上的迈进。建设具有国际竞争力的数字产业集群需要从增强科技引领、培育世界级链主企业、提升人才资本、优化数字治理、强化区域协同合作等方面发力。The digital-real integration has become the most significant feature of the development of today's digital economy,and the digital development of industrial clusters is the inevitable trend of the development of industrial clusters under the digital economy.The digital-real integration and the development of digital industrial clusters grow together and complement each other,and the interaction between them is worth in-depth discussion.This paper summarizes the connotation and characteristics of digital-real integration and digital industrial clusters,analyzes the interaction between them,and deeply analyzes the mutual promotion mechanism of digital-real integration and digital industrial clusters.The continuous deepening of the digital-real integration has promoted the digital transformation and upgrading of enterprises,improved the optimal allocation of resources within the clusters,and opened up new space of the cluster market,thus promoting the digital industry clusters to become bigger and stronger.The scale effect,technology spillover effect and network synergistic effect produced in the development process of digital industry clusters can reduce the cost of digital-real integration,promote technology diffusion and optimize the industrial ecology,so as to promote the speed,breadth and depth of digital-real integration.To build an internationally competitive digital industrial clusters,we need to strengthen scientific and technological leadership,cultivate world-class chain master enterprises,enhance human capital,optimize digital governance,and strengthen regional cooperation.
