数智“场景革命”中的企业资源协奏及可持续性——基于“文和友”的决策逻辑视角

摘　　要：数字信息技术驱动零售企业实体“场景革命”的升级创新。但在数智时代“场景迭代”与“场景迁徙”的革命进程中,皆存在企业资源不协奏或协奏不持续等现象。本文以场景体验式零售企业为研究对象,基于企业资源行动理论,通过构建具备因果逻辑的理性计划与目标导向模型,提出包括优化匹配内外部资源的动态能力、建立双向沟通价值的网络联系、重组“人、货、场”关系和重塑业态场景,同时构建具备效果逻辑的风险可控的导向模型,探索“消费黑箱”、打破供需藩篱、掌握价值协同全域商业生态价值系统等方法,实现对模型变量要素的资源拼凑与编排,最终探索出资源积累与丰富、资源开发与维持、资源剥离与开拓的“场景革命”资源协奏行为路径,保持企业持续竞争能力。Digital information technology drives the upgrading and innovation of the"scene revolution"of retail enterprise entities.However,in the revolutionary process of"scene iteration"and"scene migration"in the era of digital intelligence,there are phenomena such as non-synergy or non-sustainability of enterprise resources.Based on the theory of enterprise resource action,this paper takes scenario-based experiential retail enterprises as the research object,and proposes methods including optimizing the dynamic ability to match internal and external resources,establishing a two-way communication value network,reorganizing the relationship between"people,goods and yards"and reshaping the business scenario,as well as designing a risk-controllable guidance model,exploring the"consumption black box",breaking the barrier between supply and demand,and mastering the value system of value synergy in the global business ecology,so as to realize the resource patchwork and arrangement of the variable elements of the model,and finally explore the resource synergy behavior path of"scene revolution"of resource accumulation and enrichment,resource development and maintenance,and resource stripping and development,and maintain the sustainable competitiveness of the enterprise.
