摘　　要：如何通过数字化转型推动企业差异化竞争,对国家产业升级与企业高质量发展具有重要意义。本文以2011—2022年沪深A股上市企业为样本,分析企业数字化转型对差异化竞争的影响。研究发现:数字化转型可以显著推动企业差异化竞争。机制检验表明:数字化转型通过提升企业创新能力和资源运用效率,进而推动企业实行差异化竞争。异质性分析表明:数字化转型对差异化竞争的推动作用在高科技行业企业、内控机制建设水平较高的企业和东部地区企业中表现得更加明显。因此,应制定数字化转型支持政策,推动基于差异化的产业转型升级;投资高水平的数字化转型,推动基于差异化的自身高质量发展;结合企业自身特征,以数字化转型促进企业差异化发展。How to promote differentiated competition of enterprises through digital transformation is of great significance to national industrial upgrading and high-quality development of enterprises.This paper takes the listed enterprises of Shanghai-Shenzhen A-shares in 2011-2022 as samples to analyze the impact of the digital transformation of enterprises on differentiated competition.It is found that digital transformation can significantly promote differentiated competition.The mechanism test shows that digital transformation promotes differentiated competition by improving innovation ability and resource utilization efficiency of enterprises.The heterogeneity analysis shows that the driving effect of digital transformation on differentiated competition is more obvious among enterprises in the high-tech industry,enterprises with higher level of internal control mechanism construction and enterprises in the eastern region.Therefore,the digital transformation support policies should be formulated to promote the industrial transformation and upgrading based on differentiation,invest in high-level digital transformation and promote high-quality self-development based on differentiation,and promote differentiated development of enterprises through digital transformation based on the characteristics of enterprises.
