数字普惠金融、高速公路通行能力与城乡居民收入差距——基于面板门槛回归模型的实证检验

摘　　要：从资源错配和市场割裂角度看,数字普惠金融和交通基础设施完善可以改善我国城乡收入差距。目前数字普惠金融和现代交通基础设施的标志——高速公路远未发挥应有的作用。本文使用2013—2022年中国省级面板(除西藏、香港地区、澳门地区和台湾地区外)数据,以高速公路通行能力为门槛考察数字普惠金融发展对城乡居民收入差距的影响。研究发现:高速公路通行能力对数字普惠金融改善城乡居民收入差距起显著调节作用;数字普惠金融和城乡居民收入差距之间存在受高速公路通行能力影响的显著门槛效应;数字普惠金融发展对缩小城乡居民收入差距的作用发挥仍受约束。最后,建议合理提升高速公路通行能力,审慎发展数字普惠金融,畅通城乡要素流动渠道。From the perspective of resource mismatch and market fragmentation,digital inclusive finance and improved transportation infrastructure can improve the income gap between urban and rural areas in China.At present,digital inclusive finance and highways,which are the symbol of modern transportation infrastructure,are far from playing their due role.This paper uses the data of Chinese provincial panel from 2013 to 2022(except Tibet,Hong Kong region,Macao region and Taiwan region)to investigate the impact of digital inclusive finance development on the income gap between urban and rural residents with the highway capacity as the threshold.The results show that highway capacity plays a significant moderating role in improving the income gap between urban and rural residents through digital inclusive finance;there is a significant threshold effect between digital financial inclusion and the income gap between urban and rural residents,which is influenced by the highway capacity;the development of digital inclusive finance is still constrained in narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents.Finally,it is suggested to reasonably improve the traffic capacity of highways,prudently develop digital inclusive finance,and smooth the flow channels of urban and rural factors.
