摘  要:为探明三江源区干枯河道生境下不同光稃茅香的群落结构及其物种多样性,以5个样地的光稃茅香群落为研究对象,采用样地调查法对其物种组成、重要值和多样性指数等展开研究。结果表明:(1)5个样地的光稃茅香群落的物种有17科26属27种,优势种和共优势种植物分别为光稃茅香+西藏沙棘+臭蒿(S1样地)、光稃茅香+西藏沙棘+短穗兔耳草(S2样地)、光稃茅香+短穗兔耳草+西藏沙棘(S3样地)、光稃茅香+多裂委陵菜(S4样地)、光稃茅香+垂穗披碱草(S5样地)。(2)5个样地的光稃茅香群落多样性指数和地上生物量差异明显。其中,S3样地的丰富度指数最高,为2.31;S1样地的Simpson多样性指数最大,为0.98;S2样地的Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数最大。(3)S2样地的地上生物量最多,为577.3 g/m^(2),较S1、S3、S4和S5样地分别增加206.8%、29.2%、233.1%和16.4%,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究结果可为高寒地区光稃茅香的开发与利用提供理论依据。The communities of Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp in the five sample plots are taken the research object to explore its community structure and species diversity changes in different dry river habitats in the Sanjiangyuan Region.Sample survey method is adopted to investigate their species composition,important value and diversity index characteristics.The results are as follows:(1)There are 17 families,26 genera and 27species in the communitoes of the 5 sample plotsThe dominant species and co-dominant species are Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Hippophae tibetana Schltdl.+Artemisia hedinii Ostenf.(sample plot S1),Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Hippophae tibetana Schltdl.+Lagotis brachystachya Maxim.(sample plot S2),Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Lagotis brachystachya Maxim.+Hippophae tibe tana Schltdl.(sample plot S3),Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Potentilla multifida L.(sample plot S4)and Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp+Elymus nutans Griseb.(sample plot S5)respectively.(2)There are significant differences in community diversity index and aboveground biomass in the 5 sample plots.The richness index of sample plot S3 is the highest,reaching 2.31.The Simpson diversity index of sample plot S1 is the highest,at 0.98.The Shannon-Wiener index,Pielou evenness index and species dominance index of sample plot S2 are the largest.(3)The aboveground biomass of sample plot S2 is the highest,at 577.3 g/m^(2),which is 206.8%,29.2%,233.1%and 16.4%higher than that of sample plots S1,S3,S4 and S5 respectively,with significant differences(P<0.05).The research results can provide theroretical basis for the deve-lopment and utilization of Anthoxanthum glabrum(Trin.)Veldkamp in high cold region.
