摘  要:采用乳液聚合技术对有机颜料进行表面包覆改性,制备有机颜料/热固化聚合物复合粒子,并研究其对棉织物染色及固色性能的影响。结果表明,复合颜料粒子具有较均匀的粒径分布和良好的分散稳定性,能够在棉纤维表面均匀附着,聚合物外壳可以对颜料颗粒形成有效的黏合包覆,使其具有较高的耐摩擦色牢度和耐皂洗色牢度。染色后,织物的润湿性下降,而透气性有所增强。The surface coating modification of organic pigment was carried out by emulsion polymerization technolo-gy to prepare organic pigment/heat curign polymer composite particles,and the effect on the dyeing and fixing performance of cotton fabrics was investigated.The results show that the composite pigment particles exhibit uniform particle size distri-bution and good dispersion stability,and can be uniformly adhered to the surface of cotton fibre,and the polymer shell can form an effective adhesive coating for the pigment particles,resulting in high colour fastness to friction and colour fastness to soap washing.After dyeing,the wettability of the fabric decreases while the air permeability is enhanced.
