摘  要:研究稻秆基生物炭作为一种吸附材料去除水体中有机染料污染物的能力。在固定床中对稻秆(20~40目)进行热解,热解终温为600℃,加热速率为10℃/min,热解反应时间为90 min,得到稻秆基生物炭(RSBC),以亚甲基蓝(MB)为吸附质,进行吸附性能研究。在MB质量浓度为30 mg/L、RSBC用量为1.0 g/L的条件下,吸附达到平衡时,RSBC对MB的去除率可以达到93.25%。吸附动力学过程符合准二级动力学模型。等温吸附过程符合Freundlich吸附模型,最大吸附量为28.38 mg/g。与商用活性炭相比,同样条件下,RSBC对MB的去除率可以达到93.25%,而煤基商用活性炭只有40.74%。农业废弃物稻秆经过热化学转化后可以得到一种固体产物生物炭,这种多孔性的炭材料有潜力作为一种高效吸附剂去除废水中的亚甲基蓝污染物,应用在环境领域而变废为宝。The ability of rice straw-based biochar as an adsorption material to remove organic dyes pollutants in aqueous solution was researched.Rice straw(20~40 mesh)was pyrolyzed in a fixed bed.When the final pyrolysis tempera-ture was 600℃,the heating rate was 10℃/min,and the pyrolysis reaction time was 90 min,the rice straw-based biochar was obtained.The adsorption properties of methylene blue(MB)which was the adsorbate was studied.Under the conditions of MB mass concentration of 30 mg/L and RSBC dosage of 1.0 g/L,when adsorption reaches equilibrium,the removal rate of MB by RSBC can reach 93.25%.The adsorption process is in accordance with the pseudo second order kinetic model and the Freundlich isothermal adsorption model,with the maximum adsorption amount of 28.38 mg/g.Compared with com-mercial activated carbon,RSBC can remove 93.25%of MB under the same conditions,while coal-based commercial acti-vated carbon is only 40.74%.Biochar,a kind of solid product,can be obtained by thermochemical conversion of agricultur-al waste rice straw.This porous carbon material has the potential to be used as a high efficiency adsorbent to remove meth-ylene blue pollutants from wastewater,which can be used in the environmental field.
