摘  要:以毛毯制作为例,探索独立大版交织图案、印染图案及彩色套压花图案(以下简称“三合一”图案)在绒毯制作过程中有机结合的可行性。当前市场上绒毯图案中交织提花图案、印花图案及压花图案单一存在,缺乏层次丰富、三维立体感强的绒类床品图案。将三者有序合一的新工艺流程可以达到更好的图案效果。首先对三合一设计、独立大版交织提花、数控平网印花机及数控压花机热转移彩色套压花的可行性和精确程度进行了调研,并分工序分别制作;然后在数控压花机台上进行彩色套压花操作,三者合一。结果表明,该方案可行;本工艺流程设计将传统工艺与现代生产技术相结合,实现了艺术性与实用性的结合。The feasibility of integrating independent large interwoven patterns,printing and dyeing patterns,and colored embossed patterns(referred to as“three in one”patterns)in the production process of woolen blankets is investigated using blanket production as a case study.The current market offers jacquard patterns,printed patterns,and embossed patterns individually,but they lack the rich layers and strong three-dimensional sense found in velvet bedding patterns.By integrating these three types of patterns cohesively,a better overall pattern effect can be achieved.The feasibility and accuracy of a three in one design,independent large plate interwoven jacquard,a numerical control flat screen printing machine,and a numerical control embossing machine for heat transfer color sleeve embossing,are investigated.These components are produced separately through distinct processes,followed by a color embossing operation on the numerical control embossing machine,effectively integrating the three functions into one.The results indicate that this scheme is feasible.This process design harmoniously combines traditional craftsmanship with modern production technology,achieving a synthesis of artistry and practicality.
