摘 要:本研究对香蕉种苗传带有害生物进行风险分析,评估其在我国的风险水平,为其风险管理提供技术支持。通过查阅国内外文献资料(主要包括中国国家有害生物检疫信息系统等),确定境外输华香蕉中可能传带的有害生物共有68种,包括昆虫32种、真菌19种、线虫9种、细菌4种、软体动物1种、螨类(包括蜘蛛)3种。根据在中国的分布情况(未分布或分布未广)、是否官方管制、随香蕉种苗携带的可能性进行评估,确定需要进一步评估的潜在检疫性有害生物9种,包括真菌7种,细菌2种。从入境、定殖、扩散可能性、经济影响等方面对以上9种潜在的检疫性有害生物进行定性分析,并利用构建的检疫性有害生物风险综合评估指标体系对其进行定量分析,确定了中度风险有害生物5种、高风险有害生物4种。最终确定富氏葡萄孢盘菌(Botryotinia fuckeliana)等9种有害生物为香蕉种苗输华中需关注的检疫性有害生物,并提出相应的风险管理措施。The study was aimed to provide technical support for risk management,risk analysis and risk assessment of pests carried by banana seedlings in China.By consulting domestic and foreign literature(mainly including China’s National Pest Quarantine Information System,etc.),a total of 68 species of pests that may be transmitted to bananas exported to China were identified,including 32 species of insects,19 species of fungi,9 species of nematodes,4 species of bacteria,1 species of mollusca,and 3 species of mites(including spiders).Based on the distribution in China(undis-tributed or not widely distributed),whether they are officially controlled,and the possibility of being carried with ba-nana seedlings,9 potential quarantine pests were identified that require further evaluation,including 7 species of fungi and 2 species of bacteria.The 9 potential quarantine pests were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed one by one in terms of entry,colonization,diffusion possibility,economic impact and multi-index comprehensive evaluation,and 5 species of medium-risk pests and 4 species of high-risk pests were identified.Finally,it was determined that the nine pests including Botryotinia fuckeliana were quarantine pests that require attention when banana seedlings were ex-ported to China,and the corresponding risk management measures were put forward.
