摘　　要：20世纪70年代开始,伦理学进入民族音乐学的研究视野。由于伦理问题诱因的复杂性,长久以来,并没有一本基于全球视角且又专注于民族音乐学伦理研究的书籍。2023年,由乔纳森·斯托克和贝弗莉·戴蒙德主编的《民族音乐学的伦理与研究》正好弥补了这方面的研究空白。此书一共分为六个部分:导言;合理的实践和伦理哲学;田野中的碰撞;环境、创伤、合作;公共领域的研究;编后记,共包含30篇文章。除导言和编后记以外,每个部分由编者斯托克或戴蒙德撰写一篇导读,每篇导读分别介绍了各分主题含义,概括了每位作者的一些重要观点和内容,并提出了阅读建议。乔纳森·斯托克强调,伦理是一种研究者与研究对象之间关系的持续过程,在研究的过程中,对待被研究者的文化,需要将话语权还给他们自己,要尊重被研究者的价值体系,并在可能的范围内,以实际行动回馈被研究者。Since the 1970s,the study of ethics has been incorporated into the field of ethnomusicology.Due to the complex nature of ethical issues,there has not been a single book focusing on this area of research from a global perspective until now.In 2022,Jonathan Stock and Beverley Diamond edited Ethics and Research in Ethnomusicology to fill this research gap.The book is divided into six parts:introduction;sound practices and philosophies of ethics;fieldwork encounters;environment,trauma,collaboration;research in the public domains and afterword.Besides,it contains 30 articles with introductions written by either Stock or Diamond for each section,except for the introduction and afterword.These articles introduce the meanings of the respective subthemes,summarize key arguments and contents of each author’s contribution,and provide suggestions for further reading.Jonathan Stock emphasizes that ethics is an ongoing process of engagement between researchers and research subjects.In the research process,it is important to respect the cultural values of the research subjects,give them agency over their own narratives,and whenever possible,provide tangible benefits to the communities being studied.
