摘  要:氢具有较高的渗透率,会造成金属材料塑性降低、疲劳裂纹扩展速率加快等氢脆问题,严重阻碍了氢能的产业化发展。为降低氢对材料的渗透率,在金属材料表面制备阻氢涂层是解决金属材料氢损伤问题的重要手段之一。本研究对近年来阻氢涂层研究现状及发展进行归纳与总结,讨论了传统阻氢涂层的特性及优缺点,阐述新型阻氢涂层如石墨烯涂层、金属玻璃涂层等的发展现状。介绍了输纯/掺氢管道阻氢涂层的研究成果,并对阻氢涂层未来发展作了展望。Hydrogen has a high permeability,which can cause hydrogen embrittlement problems such as reduced plasticity of metal materials and accelerated fatigue crack propagation rate,which seriously hindering the industrial development of hydrogen energy.It is widely recognized that the hydrogen permeation barrier coating could become the main method to solve hydrogen embrittlement of the metal.The research and development of hydrogen permeation barriers coating for nearly years were reviewed,the merit and demerit for the traditional hydrogen permeation barriers coating were discussed,and the development status of the new type of hydrogen permeation barrier coating such as graphene coatings and metal glass coatings are described.The research results of hydrogen permeating barrier coating for pure/hydrogen doped pipelines was introduced.Prospects were made for the future development of hydrogen permeation barriers coating.
