摘  要:为了研究温度及轴向载荷对油管接头力学特性的影响,针对S13Cr油管创建3-1/2 in(88.9 mm)油管接头三维结构模型和有限元仿真模型,开展不同温度和不同轴向载荷对油管接头连接强度和密封性的影响以及受力特性分析。结果表明,随着温度增加,油管接头整体最大等效应力增加,螺纹应力也明显增大;随着拉伸载荷的增加,拉伸载荷会抵消部分预紧力,等效应力和接触压力呈现减小的趋势;随着轴向压缩载荷的增加,螺纹台肩处等效应力和接触压力呈现增大的趋势,台肩处的应力较高且均匀分布,说明台肩处的密封性较好。In order to study the influence of temperature and axial load on the mechanical properties of tubing joints,a 3-1/2 in(88.9 mm)three⁃dimensional structure model and finite element simulation model of tubing joints were created for S13Cr tubing joints,and the influence of different temperatures and different axial loads on the connection strength and sealing performance of tubing joints were analyzed,as well as the stress characteristics.The results indicate that as the temperature increases,there is a corresponding increase in the overall maximum equivalent stress of the tubing joint,along with a noticeable increase in thread stress.Additionally,an increase in tensile load leads to a partial offset of preload and the equivalent stress and contact pressure show a decreasing trend.As the axial compressive load increases,the equivalent stress and contact pressure at the threaded shoulder show an increasing trend.The stress at the shoulder is high and evenly distributed,indicating good sealing performance at the shoulder..
