摘  要:为了研究管道内部焊瘤对风送内挤涂工艺的影响,通过氩弧焊将单根10 m长的无缝管进行焊接形成集输管路,采用风送内挤涂工艺对管道内不同焊瘤处的焊缝进行涂覆,并对涂覆层的均匀性和涂覆效果、涂覆质量进行研究,确定合适的涂覆方案来提高管体的防腐性能。结果表明,焊缝的焊瘤高度对风送内挤涂工艺的防腐效果至关重要,焊瘤高度低于2 mm时,可使挤涂效果均匀,取得良好的防腐效果;内防腐材料的润湿角为35°、黏度为4500 mPa·s,可有效改善形貌不均匀焊缝的涂覆效果与质量;当挤涂速度为2~3 m/s时,管体表面和焊缝的涂覆效果更加平整光滑、均匀;涂料黏度和接触角的降低还可以提高涂料在焊缝处的流动性和润湿性,从而促进涂层的均匀铺展,减少空气泡沫和针孔,提高涂层的致密度和附着力,改善涂覆效果。In order to study the influence of welding overlap inside the pipeline on the extrusion coating process of pneumatic conveying,a single 10 m long seamless pipe was welded to form a transportation pipeline by the argon arc welding,the welds at different welding overlap in the pipeline were coated by the extrusion coating process of the pneumatic conveying,and the uniformity,the coating effect and the coating quality of the coating layer were studied,so as to determine a suitable coating scheme to improve the corrosion resistance of the pipe body.The results show that the height of the welding overlap is very important to the anticorrosion effect of the extrusion coating process of the pneumatic conveying.When the height of the welding overlap is less than 2 mm,the extrusion coating effect can be uniform and the anticorrosion effect can be obtained.The wetting angle of the internal anticorrosive material is 35°and the viscosity is 4500 mPa·s,which can effectively improve the coating effect and quality of the weld with uneven structure.When the extrusion coating speed is 2~3 m/s,the coating effect of pipe surface and weld is more smooth and uniform.The reduction of the viscosity and contact angle of the coating can also improve the fluidity and wettability of the coating at the weld,thus promoting the uniform spread of the coating,reducing air foam and pinholes,improving the density and adhesion of the coating,and improving the coating effect.
