摘  要:为提升数字印刷光栅图像清晰度,改善光栅图像条带畸变问题,该文采用SOPC技术,设计数字印刷光栅图像自动调整系统。系统以FPGA芯片为基础,利用SOPC技术实现数字印刷光栅图像采集、转换、调整等功能。采集数字印刷光栅图像,设计数字印刷光栅图像自动调整流程,构建数字印刷光栅图像畸变调整数学模型,结合松弛因子确定图像畸变调整模型约束,构建拉格朗日最小化函数,通过拉格朗日乘子求解Wolfe对偶优化最值,利用误差扩散算法对数字印刷光栅图像进行加网处理,降低数字印刷光栅图像的整体误差,提升实现数字印刷光栅图像整体清晰度,实现数字印刷光栅图像自动调整系统设计。实验结果显示该系统能够有效解决数字印刷光栅图像条带畸变问题,将误差上限控制在0.75像素内;同时有效降低数字印刷光栅图像的拉式均方误差与交叉熵数值,提升数字印刷光栅图像整体清晰度。In order to improve the clarity of digital printing grating images and address the issue of stripe distortion in grating images,SOPC technology is used to design an automatic adjustment system for digital printing grating images.The system is based on FPGA chips and utilizes SOPC technology to achieve functions such as digital printing grating image acquisition,conversion,and adjustment.Collect digital printing grating images,design an automatic adjustment process for digital printing grating images,construct a mathematical model for distortion adjustment of digital printing grating images,determine the constraints of the image distortion adjustment model based on the relaxation factor,construct a Lagrange minimization function,solve the Wolfe dual optimization optimal value through Lagrange multipliers,use error diffusion algorithm to screen the digital printing grating images,reduce the overall error of the digital printing grating images,improve the overall clarity of the digital printing grating images,and realize the design of a digital printing grating image automatic adjustment system.The experimental results show that the system can effectively solve the problem of stripe distortion in digital printing grating images,and control the upper limit of error within 0.75 pixels;At the same time,it effectively reduces the pull mean square error and cross entropy values of digital printing grating images,and improves the overall clarity of digital printing grating images.
