摘  要:由于石油储罐监控常受图像干扰,影响了液位远程监控的性能,故该文提出一种基于无线网络与红外定量辨识技术的石油储罐液位远程监控方法。通过红外热像仪捕获储罐红外图像,利用无线网络将压缩后的图像信号传输至监控中心。在中心端,图像经滤波处理后,结合红外定量辨识技术,通过解析储罐导热方程计算表面温度,进而推算液位值。设定液位阈值后,实现精准监控。实验结果表明,该方法误检率低至4.33%,监控性能较好,适用于大规模石油储罐的远程管理。Oil storage tank monitoring is often disturbed by images,which affects the performance of remote monitoring of liquid level.Therefore,this paper proposes a remote monitoring method of oil storage tank liquid level based on wireless network and infrared quantitative identification technology.The infrared image of the storage tank is captured by the infrared thermal camera,and the compressed image signal is transmitted to the monitoring center by the wireless network.At the center end,the image is filtered,combined with infrared quantitative identification technology,the surface temperature is calculated by analyzing the heat conduction equation of the tank,and then the liquid level value is calculated.After setting the liquid level threshold,accurate monitoring is realized.Experimental results show that the false detection rate of this method is as low as 4.33%,and the monitoring performance is good,which is suitable for remote management of large-scale oil storage tanks.
