摘　　要：为了解决DTMB地面数字电视广播监测系统在移动监测体系上的不足,研究和设计了一种适用于汽车等移动平台搭载的DTMB接收机系统。在硬件设计上,采用支持移动接收的HD2818和Tuner共同组成调谐/解调电路,同时以Hi3798M V200作为中心处理单元,在软件实现上,基于海思媒体处理平台,完成软件开发,实现了对DTMB信号的接收、解调、指标监测、转码、IP打包回传等功能。实验测试表明,所设计的DTMB接收机系统在移动工况下能够稳定地接收和处理DTMB信号,达到了预想的接收效果。To address the shortcomings of the DTMB terrestrial digital television broadcasting monitoring system in mobile monitoring systems,this paper studies and designs a DTMB receiver system suitable for mounting on mobile platforms such as cars.In terms of hardware design,the HD2818 and Tuner,which support mobile reception,are jointly used to form a tuning/demodulation circuit.At the same time,the Hi3798M V200 is used as the central processing unit.In terms of software implementation,based on the HiSilicon media processing platform,software development is completed,achieving functions such as DTMB signal reception,demodulation,indicator monitoring,transcoding,and IP packet return.Exper-imental tests show that the designed DTMB receiver system can stably receive and process DTMB signals under mobile conditions,achieving the desired reception effect.
