摘 要:为探究减施磷肥同时配施腐植酸(Humic acid,HA)对羊草(Leymus chinensis)拔节期生长、光合特性及磷肥利用率的影响,本研究设置了空白对照(CK)、常规施肥(100%P:P 2O 5140 kg·hm^(-2))以及常规施肥基础上减施10%,20%,30%磷肥并配施45 kg·hm^(-2)HA(90%P+HA,80%P+HA,70%P+HA)试验。结果显示:羊草拔节期80%P+HA处理下的株高达到最大值,为64.93 cm;生物量达到1659.92 kg·hm^(-2),较100%P提高了34.80%;叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素含量在80%P+HA处理下达到最大值,分别为1.64 mg·g^(-1),0.73 mg·g^(-1),净光合速率相比CK提升21.88%;80%P+HA处理羊草磷含量达到最大值,磷肥利用率与100%P相比提高了110.87%。本研究结果表明减磷配施HA对羊草生物量和磷素吸收利用有显著影响,在新疆人工建植羊草推荐磷肥施用量为112 kg·hm^(-2)配施腐植酸45 kg·hm^(-2)有利于羊草生物量的增加,提高叶片光合能力,促进磷素的吸收和提高磷肥利用率,达到磷肥“减量增效”目的。To explore the effects of reducing phosphorus fertilizer while concurrently applying humic acid on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics,and phosphorus use efficiency of Leymus chinensis during jointing stage,this study set up experiments including a control(CK),conventional fertilization(100%P:P 2O 5140 kg·hm^(-2)),and reduced phosphorus fertilization by 10%,20%,and 30%with an additional 45 kg·hm^(-2)humic acid on the basis of conventional fertilization(90%P+HA,80%P+HA,70%P+HA).Results showed that under the 80%P+HA treatment,plant height of L.chinensis reached a maximum of 64.93 cm,and biomass reached 1659.92 kg·hm^(-2),a 34.80%increase compared to 100%P.Chlorophyll b and carotenoid content reached their maximum values under the 80%P+HA treatment,at 1.64 mg·g^(-1)and 0.73 mg·g^(-1)respectively,and net photosynthetic rate increased by 21.88%compared to CK.Phosphorus contents in L.chinensis reached its maximum under the 80%P+HA treatment,and phosphorus use efficiency increased by 110.87%compared to 100%P.These results indicate that reducing phosphorus and applying humic acid significantly affect biomass and phosphorus absorption and utilization in L.chinensis.In artificial planting of L.chinensis in Xinjiang,it is recommended to apply 112 kg·hm^(-2)of phosphorus fertilizer with 45 kg·hm^(-2)of humic acid to increase biomass,enhance leaf photosynthetic capacity,promote phosphorus absorption,improve phosphorus fertilizer utilization efficiency,and achieve the goal of“reducing phosphorus application while increasing efficiency of phosphorus fertilizer”.
