健全党的支部生活的开创性探索及其启示--以“党内的生活都政治化,科学化”命题提出为中心的考察

摘　　要：古田会议决议在“党内的生活都政治化,科学化”的命题之下,对健全党的支部生活进行深入探索。古田会议决议重视健全党的支部生活有着复杂的出场逻辑。古田会议决议以“政治化,科学化”为导向,提出健全党的支部生活的基本理念:支部生活要服务于“担负党的政治任务”,支部生活要“从教育上提高党内的政治水平”,支部生活要做到“政治化与实际化”,支部生活要实现“科学化、规律化”。古田会议决议从完善支部组织设置、严格征收党员工作和改进支部会议生活等方面提出健全党的支部生活的实践举措。古田会议决议对健全党的支部生活的科学探索,为新时代提高党的支部生活质量提供了有益启示。The Gutian Conference Resolution put forward the proposition of"making intraparty activities more politically oriented and scientific".Under this proposition,it carried out an in-depth exploration of improving the regular activities of Party branches,which has a complex logic.The Gutian Conference Resolution was guided by the proposition of"being politically oriented and scientific"and put forward the basic concept of improving the regular activities of Party branches.These ideas include:the regular activities of Party branches should serve for"taking on the political tasks of the Party";the regular activities of Party branches should"improve the political level of the Party through education";the regular activities of Party branches should be"politically oriented and practical";and the regular activities of Party branches should be"scientific and regularized".In addition,the Gutian Conference Resolution provided practical measures to improve the regular activities of Party branches from the aspects of optimizing the organizational setup of Party branches,strictly admitting new Party members and improving the meeting life.The Gutian Conference Resolution provided a useful enlightenment for improving the regular activities quality of Party branches in the new era.
