加快发展新质生产力的关键要义和现实策略探究

摘　　要：新时代培育和发展新质生产力要基于唯物史观视域系统梳理生产力发展理论,既要从科技发展、社会融合和环境综合等方面考量生产力发展的主要影响因素,还要从开放动态、稳定运行和结构层次等方面考量生产力发展的主要特征。加快发展新质生产力应厘清新质生产力生成的现实环境,即注重促进数字化技术转型、推进适应性创新发展和构建新型社会生产空间,着力于强化新质生产力顶层设计、推进数字化平台载体建设、创新数字化经济发展模式和提高数字化技术应用水平,以加快发展新质生产力,推动经济社会实现高质量发展。The cultivation and development of new quality productive forces in the new era should be based on the perspective of historical materialism to systematically sort out the theory of productive force development.It is necessary to consider the main influencing factors of productive force development from the aspects of technological development,social integration and comprehensive environment,as well as the main characteristics of productive force development from the aspects of open dynamics,stable operation and structural layers.To accelerate the development of new quality productive forces,we should clarify the practical environment in which new quality productivity is generated,that is,focus on promoting digital technology transformation,advancing adaptive innovation development,and building a new social production space.We should focus on strengthening the top-level design of new quality productive forces,promoting the construction of digital platform carriers,innovating digital economic development models,and improving the level of digital technology application,in order to promote the cultivation and development of new quality productive forces and achieve high-quality economic and social development.
