城乡居民医保统筹对农村中老年流动人口城市心理融入的影响

摘　　要：基于中国流动人口动态监测调查数据,采用最小二乘法、倾向得分匹配法和条件混合过程估计法实证分析城乡居民医保统筹对农村中老年流动人口城市心理融入的作用机制及影响效应。研究发现:城乡居民医保统筹对农村中老年流动人口城市心理融入具有显著的正向影响;城乡居民医保统筹对农村中老年流动人口城市心理融入影响的性别差异和年龄差异均不显著,但对女性和老年期的农村中老年流动人口城市心理融入的影响效应更强;而城乡居民医保统筹对农村中老年流动人口城市心理融入的影响则存在显著的受教育程度差异、流动范围差异和健康档案差异。据此提出,应进一步做好城乡居民医保异地衔接工作、推进城乡居民医保省级统筹调剂金模式和建立全国范围城乡居民医保异地报销体系等,以促进农村流动人口更好地融入城市,从而有序推进农村流动人口市民化。Based on the data of China Migrants Dynamic Survey,this study employs OLS method,propensity score matching(PSM)and conditional mixed-process(CMP)models to empirically analyze the mechanism and impact of integrated urban-rural medical insurance on urban psychological integration of middle-aged and elderly rural floating population.The results show that integrated urban-rural medical insurance has a significant positive effect on urban psychological integration of middle-aged and elderly rural floating population.There is no significant sex difference or age difference in the impact of integrated urban-rural medical insurance on urban psychological integration of middle-aged and elderly rural floating population.However,the impact is stronger for female and elderly rural floating population.Additionally,the impact also shows significant differences in terms of education level,migration scope,and health records.According to the results,it is suggested that further efforts should be made to promote the linking up of urban and rural medical insurance programs,promote the provincial-level adjustment fund system,and establish a nationwide reimbursement system to facilitate better urban integration of rural migrants and orderly advance the urbanization of rural floating populations.
