摘 要:本研究通过钛铁渣与氧化铝(Al_(2)O_(3))共烧,制备了Al_(2)O_(3)-六铝酸钙(CA_(6))复相陶瓷。CA_(6)经钛铁渣矿相重构形成,具有长板状形貌,与Al_(2)O_(3)有良好的匹配性,被作为陶瓷的增韧相。通过调控配方组成及烧结温度,揭示了CA_(6)含量和烧结温度对Al_(2)O_(3)-CA_(6)复相陶瓷的性能与微观结构的影响规律。随着CA_(6)含量的提高,陶瓷样品的体积密度、抗弯强度和断裂韧性均呈下降趋势;随着温度提高,陶瓷样品的体积密度和抗弯强度先升高后降低。最终在1320℃下烧结得到分别含有90%(质量分数)Al_(2)O_(3)和85%(质量分数)Al_(2)O_(3)的两组样品的体积密度、表观气孔率、抗折强度和断裂韧性分别为3.79 g/cm^(3)、0.22%、(385.01±21.67)MPa、(5.33±0.21)MPa·m 1/2,3.69 g/cm^(3)、0.12%、(371.22±9.65)MPa、(4.94±0.08)MPa·m 1/2。研究成果对钛铁渣的资源化利用具有重要意义。The present study focus on the preparation of Al_(2)O_(3)-CA_(6)composite ceramics by co-firing ferrotitanium slag with Al_(2)O_(3).CA_(6)was formed through the reconstruction of ferrotitanium slag phase,with a long plate-like morphology and good compatibility with Al_(2)O_(3).CA_(6)was used as a toughening phase for ceramics.This study reveals the influence of CA_(6)content and sintering temperature on the properties and microstructure of Al_(2)O_(3)-CA_(6)composite ceramics by regulating the formula composition and sintering temperature.With the increase of CA_(6)content,the bulk density,bending strength,and fracture toughness of ceramic samples all show a decreasing trend.As the temperature increases,the bulk density and bending strength of ceramic samples increase first and then decrease.The bulk density,apparent porosity,bending strength,and fracture toughness of two sets of samples containing 90%(mass fraction)Al_(2)O_(3)and 85%(mass fraction)Al_(2)O_(3),respectively,are obtained by sintering at 1320℃.The values are 3.79 g/cm 3,0.22%,(385.01±21.67)MPa,and(5.33±0.21)MPa·m^(1/2),respectively;3.69 g/cm^(3),0.12%,(371.22±9.65)MPa,(4.94±0.08)MPa·m^(1/2),the utilization rate of titanium iron slag is higher than 75%,which is of great significance for the resource utilization of titanium iron slag.
