摘 要:针对高温工业炉的节能降耗和安全长寿服役要求,进一步降低炉衬耐火材料的导热系数和保障服役性能是当前的研究热点。本文选择水泥结合莫来石质浇注料为研究对象,提出利用高比表面积水合硅酸镁(M-S-H)调控铝酸钙水泥的水化行为,提高浇注料早期结合强度的思路,通过采用轻质莫来石化骨料和在基质中引入引气剂的方式协同降低导热系数。研究发现,高比表面积M-S-H有利于促进水泥水化形成针柱状十水铝钙(CAH 10),大幅提高浇注料结合强度。在轻量化莫来石骨料制备浇注料中引入M-S-H和0.01%(质量分数)引气剂时,1250℃热处理后材料中1~100μm的孔隙显著增加,1000℃时导热系数仅为0.599 W·(m·K)^(-1),较致密浇注料降低18.9%。Given the imperative of energy conservation,safety,and durability in high-temperature industrial furnaces,current research focuses on reducing the thermal conductivity of refractories used in furnace linings while ensuring optimal performance.The research subject of this study was cement-bonded mullite castable.Firstly,the hydration behavior of calcium aluminate cement was regulated by incorporating magnesium silicate hydrate(M-S-H)with a high specific surface area to enhance bonding strength.Additionally,thermal conductivity was cooperatively reduced by lightweight mullite aggregate and introducing air-entraining agent in the matrix.The results indicate that M-S-H with a high specific surface area provides more nucleation sites for hydration products,thereby facilitating the formation of pin CAH 10 during cement hydration and improving castable bonding strength.Furthermore,through the incorporation of M-S-H and 0.01%(mass fraction)air-entraining agent in castables with lightweight mullite aggregate,the pore within 1~100μm significantly increases after heat treatment at 1250℃.Moreover,at 1000℃,the thermal conductivity is only 0.599 W·(m·K)^(-1),which is 18.9%lower than that observed in traditional castables.
