电辅助聚苯撑/碳纳米管复合导电膜处理地表水性能研究

摘  要:通过在碳纳米管(CNTs)中空纤维膜上电化学聚合导电聚苯撑(PP)制备了聚苯撑/碳纳米管(PP/CNTs)复合导电膜,并研究了其在电辅助下处理地表水过程中的分离性能和抗污染性能.结果表明,所制备的PP/CNTs膜具有良好的导电性,其电导率(149S/m)是CNTs膜(45S/m)的3.3倍.在PP/CNTs膜上施加-2.0V电压时,过滤地表水10h后,膜通量损失为30.9%,远低于无电辅助时的通量损失(69.0%);在-2.0V电压下进行膜清洗之后,通量恢复率为96.7%,高于无电辅助的膜(61.3%);电辅助PP/CNTs膜出水总有机碳(TOC)和化学需氧量(COD)去除率分别从20.4%和14.3%提高到27.2%和21.5%.研究结果表明,电辅助PP/CNTs膜可以有效缓解膜污染,延长反洗周期并提升出水水质.Polyphenylene/carbon nanotubes(PP/CNTs)composite conductive membranes are prepared by electrochemical polymerization of conductive PP on CNTs hollow fiber membranes.The separation and anti-fouling performances of the PP/CNTs membrane with electro-assistance for surface water treatment are investigated.The results show that the electrical conductivity of the prepared PP/CNTs membrane(149 S/m)is 3.3 times as high as that of the CNTs membrane(45 S/m).After the filtration of surface water for 10 h,the PP/CNTs membrane exhibits a flux loss of 30.9%at an applied voltage of-2.0 V,which is much lower than that of the PP/CNTs membrane without electro-assistance(69.0%).When applying a voltage of-2.0 V,the flux recovery rate of the PP/CNTs membrane after cleaning is up to 96.7%,which is higher than that of the membrane without electro-assistance(61.3%).Moreover,the total organic carbon(TOC)and chemical oxygen demand(COD)removal efficiencies of the PP/CNTs membrane with electro-assistance increase from 20.4%and 14.3%to 27.2%and 21.5%,respectively.The study results demonstrate that the PP/CNTs membrane with electro-assistance can effectively mitigate membrane fouling,extend backwash cycles and improve effluent quality.
