新质生产力推进中国式现代化的内在逻辑与现实路径

摘　　要：人类社会经历的数轮科技革命表明,科技创新是驱动人类社会生产力进步的重要源泉与巨大推力。新质生产力作为在新一轮科技革命与产业革命背景下诞生的先进生产力,是创新起主导作用,摆脱传统经济增长方式、生产力发展路径,具有高科技、高效能、高质量特征,符合新发展理念的先进生产力质态。新质生产力深深植根于中国式现代化道路进程,中国式现代化为新质生产力提供了价值遵循、指明了前进方向。作为有力回应,新质生产力能够凭借自身的巨大优势积极地响应中国式现代化涵盖的人口规模、共同富裕、协调发展、绿色发展、和平发展等五大命题,为推进中国式现代化进程注入源源不断的强大动能。在实践方案上,还需要从健全新型举国体制、加强科技创新人才储备、适配产业升级建构新型生产关系、稳妥推进科技创新成果的社会化等方面进一步着力,从而使新质生产力赋能中国式现代化进程的效能得以充分迸发。The several rounds of technological revolutions experienced by human society have shown that technological innovation is an important source and tremendous driving force for the progress of human productivity.As an advanced productive force born under the background of a new round of technological and industrial revolution,the new quality productive forces play a leading role in innovation,breaks away from traditional economic growth models and productivity development paths,has high-tech,high-efficiency,and high-quality characteristics,and conforms to the new development concept of advanced productivity quality.The new quality productive forces are deeply rooted in the process of Chinese path to modernization,and Chinese path to modernization provides the new quality productive forces with value and direction.As a strong response,the new quality productive forces can rely on its huge advantages to actively respond to the five propositions of Chinese path to modernization,including population size,common prosperity,coordinated development,green development,and peaceful development,and inject a steady stream of strong momentum into the process of Chinese path to modernization.In terms of practical plans,further efforts should be made to improve the new national system,strengthen the reserve of scientific and technological innovation talents,adapt to industrial upgrading and build new production relations,and steadily promote the socialization of scientific and technological innovation achievements,so as to fully unleash the effectiveness of the new quality productive forces enabling the Chinese path to modernization process.
