摘　　要：马克思在《黑格尔法哲学批判》中留下了9个“留待以后再谈”却并未解决的“未解之问”。这些问题大体上能够分为四个方面:其一,国家和教会的关系问题;其二,对黑格尔国家权力(立法权、行政权和王权)叙述逻辑的反思;其三,对本质二元性的解析;其四,对市民社会相关问题的思索。青年马克思留下的这些“未解之问”,既不是他随意思考的无意义的问题,更不是他写作完《黑格尔法哲学批判》之后就遗忘了这些问题,而是因为经济史知识的缺乏,使他当时无法深入这些问题的根源处进行“治本”的处理。对这些“未解之问”进行深度剖析后不难发现,马克思在《黑格尔法哲学批判》中就对自己今后的研究理路有了规划。《黑格尔法哲学批判》不仅可以被看作是青年马克思哲学研究的探照灯,也是理解马克思思想发展和转变的路标。Marx left behind nine“unsolved questions”in The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law,which were“left to be discussed later”.These issues can generally be divided into four aspects:firstly,the relationship between the state and the church;secondly,a reflection on the narrative logic of Hegelian state power(legislative power,executive power,and royal power);thirdly,an analysis of the essential duality;fourthly,reflections on issues related to civil society.The“unsolved questions”left by young Marx were not meaningless questions that he casually pondered,nor were they forgotten after writing The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law.Instead,due to a lack of knowledge in economic history,he was unable to delve into the root causes of these problems and address them fundamentally.After a deep analysis of these“unsolved questions”,it is not difficult to find that Marx had planned his future research path in The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law.The Critique of Hegel’s Philosophy of Law can be seen not only as a searchlight for the study of young Marxist philosophy,but also as a landmark for understanding the development and transformation of Marxist thought.
