司法鉴定机构评审及其中的问题与对策研究

摘　　要：实地评审司法鉴定机构和考核申请鉴定人的实际操作,发现获批的鉴定机构过多、鉴定机构设备简陋陈旧、法医临床鉴定人水平参差不齐、鉴定人收入偏低等问题。且评审细则中也存在可商榷之处。针对上述问题,提出了建议和改进思路。Through the on-site evaluation of forensic appraisal institutions and the actual operation assessment of the appraisers,some problems are found,such as too many approved appraisal institutions,poor and outdated equipment of the appraisal institutions,uneven level of forensic experts,and low income of appraisers,and some issues in the evaluation rules.In view of the above problems,suggestions and improvement ideas are put forward.
