摘　　要：杜鹃属植物为黔西北地区重要的旅游种质资源,存在种群老化、结构不稳定、生境零碎化等问题,严重制约着杜鹃属植物种群的天然更新。为验证种子形态对杜鹃属植物萌发和种群更新是否存在限制作用,本研究以百里杜鹃自然保护区的4种优势杜鹃种群为对象,研究杜鹃植物种子的产量、形态、大小和重量对萌发的影响。结果表明:随着种子长度的增加,种子的萌发率与萌发指数呈先上升后下降的趋势;马缨杜鹃和迷人杜鹃种子的C组(长度>1.5 mm)和B组(1.1 mm<长度<1.5 mm)的萌发指标显著高于A组(长度<1.1 mm)。马缨杜鹃和露珠杜鹃幼苗的根与芽的长度均呈现C组>B组>A组;逐步回归分析表明,千粒重和种子大小指数是影响杜鹃属植物种子萌发和生长的主导因子。Rhododendron species in northwest Guizhou are crucial tourist germplasm resources,yet they surf from issues like population aging,unstable structure,and fragmented habitats,severely impeding natural population renewal.To examine if seed morphology restricts the germination and population renewal of Rhododendron species,four dominant Rhododendron populations in the Baili Azalea Nature Reserve were studied for the effects of seed yield,morphology,size,and weight on germination.Results indicate that as seed length increased,the germination rate and index first rised and then falled.The germination indexes of seeds of the R.delavayi and agastum in group C(length>1.5 mm)and B(1.1 mm<length<1.5 mm)were significantly higher than in group A(length<1.1 mm).The root and bud lengths of seedlings of the R.delavayi and R.irroratum follow the pattern of group C>B>A.Stepwise regression analysis reveals that 1000-grain weight and seed size index were the dominant factors influencing seed germination and growth of Rhododendron species.
