摘　　要：以乐至县北门村为例,本文运用倾斜摄影测量进行房地一体权籍测绘工作,并对成果进行评估。试验首先使用多旋翼无人机采集数据,然后进行实景三维建模,最后在三维模型上测图。根据试验区域的具体情况,本文从多个方面对上述作业方式进行优化,其中的创新点主要有两个:一是在空中三角测量前对相机参数进行优化,提高模型几何精度;二是在绘制地籍图时,根据外业丈量的房屋边长在三维模型明显处采集辅助点绘图,处理在房屋遮挡或者模型拉花的情况下有效点缺失的问题。试验结果表明:该作业方式既能满足精度要求,又能降低外业作业强度,提高生产效率,具有一定的应用价值。This paper uses oblique photogrammetry to conduct cadastral mapping of integrated land and house and evaluates the results,which takes Beimen village in Lezhi county as a case study.The experiment first uses a multi-rotor UAV to collect data,then carries out realistic 3D modeling,and finally maps on the 3D models.According to the specific situation of the study area,this paper optimizes the method from several aspects,among which there are two main improvements:firstly,the camera parameters are optimized before the aerial triangulation to improve the geometric accuracy of the models;secondly,when drawing the cadastral maps the auxiliary points are collected at the obvious places of the 3D models according to the edge length of the house measured in the field,so as to deal with the problem of missing effective points in the case of house occlusions or model distortion.The experimental results show that the proposed method can meet the accuracy requirements,reduce field work,and improve the productivity,which has certain value of application and reference.
