摘 要:通过对TBM施工过程中常用的交叉双导线和全导线网两种控制网布网方式进行分析研究,以仿真计算建立掘进施工坐标系,模拟贯通测量观测数据,从而对两种布网方式的贯通测量横向中误差进行推导计算,验证了两种方法均能够满足贯通测量横向中误差限差要求。通过某隧道工程控制测量项目进行实际应用验证,结果表明:在控制点间距为250 m左右时,交叉双导线和全导线网控制测量最弱点坐标值基本一致,测量精度差异相对较小,但交叉双导线布网方式测量效率相对较高,耗时较短,在TBM隧道施工过程中,具有更为优异的适用性及可靠性。In this paper,through the analysis and research of two kinds of control network layout methods,which are commonly used in the TBM construction process,namely cross double traverse network and full traverse network,the tunneling construction coordinate system is established through simulation calculation,and the holing through measurement and observation data are simulated,so as to derive and calculate the transverse error of holing through measurement of the two kinds of network layout.It is verified that both methods can meet the requirements of the transverse error limit of the holing through measurement,and it is verified by the practical application of a tunnel engineering control survey project.The results show that:when the distance between the control points is about 250 m,the weakest coordinate value of the control survey of the cross double traverse network and the full traverse network is basically the same,and the difference in measurement accuracy is relatively small.However,the cross double traverse network has relatively high measurement efficiency and short time consumption,which has better applicability and reliability in the construction process of TBM tunnel.
