摘 要:公路、铁路、桥梁与隧道等工程项目在设计施工过程中都需要建立GNSS控制网。四等GNSS控制网平面精度完全可以满足一般工程要求,但GNSS获取的是基于参考椭球面的大地高,而公路设计施工要求的是基于似大地水准面的正常高,因此GNSS控制点高程成果不能直接使用,可采用水准测量方法获取GNSS控制点高程。本文介绍了常用高程测量方法的优缺点、水准测量误差来源和数字水准仪的特点,利用实际案例给出了四等水准测量布网方案并对测量成果进行计算分析,结果表明,闭合差均小于1/3限差,每千米全中误差为±1.8 mm,小于限差±10 mm,可供设计施工使用。During the design and construction of highway,railway,bridge and tunnel projects,GNSS control network should be established.The accuracy of the fourth-class GNSS control network can fully meet the general engineering requirements,but the GNSS only acquires the geodetic height based on the reference ellipsoid,while the highway design and construction require the normal height based on the approximate geoid,therefore,the GNSS control point cannot be used directly,and the GNSS control point elevation can be obtained by leveling method.This paper introduces the advantages and disadvantages of common elevation survey methods,the sources of leveling errors and the characteristics of digital level.The results show that the closure error is less than 1/3 of the tolerance,the root mean square error per kilometer is ±1.8 mm,less than the tolerance of ±10 mm,which can be used for design and construction.
