厚硬砂岩顶板巷道切顶强支护巷技术应用研究

摘  要:针对厚硬砂岩顶板巷道在生产过程中覆岩压力较高,且开采扰动较大,造成巷道大范围片帮与底臌的难题,以红柳煤矿1040202工作面为研究对象,通过理论分析阐明了厚硬顶板巷道围岩的应力传递路径,揭示了静载压力与开采扰动下巷道产生片帮与底臌的机理,得到了厚硬砂岩顶板巷道切顶强支护巷技术的理论依据,并开展了相关的现场试验。研究表明:巷道围岩应力集中是围岩片帮松动的根本原因,巷道两帮支承效果衰减是巷道底臌形变损伤的重要原因;切顶强支巷道两帮收缩量较原支护减小47%,底臌量减少45%,集中应力减少19.9%;加强巷道支护措施,实施巷道围岩卸压,可有效改善巷道受力情况,减小巷道破坏程度。Aiming at the problem of large-scale rib spalling and floor heave caused by high overburden pressure and large mining disturbance in the production process of thick hard sandstone roof roadway,taking No.1040202 working face of Hongliu Coal Mine as the research object,the theoretical analysis clarified the stress transfer path of the surrounding rock of the thick hard roof roadways,revealed the mechanism of rib spalling and floor heave under static load pressure and mining disturbance,and obtained the theoretical basis for the roof cutting and strengthening support technology for the thick hard sandstone roof roadways.Relevant field tests were carried out.The study showed that the stress concentration of the surrounding rock was the fundamental cause of the rib spalling and loosening of the surrounding rock,and the attenuation of the supporting effect of the two sides of the roadway was an important cause of the floor heave and deformation damage.Compared with the original support,the shrinkage of the two sides of the roof cutting and strengthening support was reduced by 47%,the floor heave by 45%,and the concentrated stress by 19.9%.Strengthening the roadway support and implementing pressure relief measures could effectively improve the force and reduce the damage to the roadways.
