摘  要:以小回沟煤矿首采2201工作面作为研究对象,采用数值模拟和现场试验相结合的研究方法,选用大直径钻孔对采空区瓦斯进行抽采,达到采空区大流量、低负压瓦斯抽采的效果。首先基于采空区风流流动特征和多孔介质理论,运用数值模拟软件,对大直径钻孔抽采采空区瓦斯进行了数值模拟分析;其次,进行了大直径钻孔的封孔机理研究,确定了大直径钻孔封孔工艺参数,保证了大直径钻孔的瓦斯抽采量和瓦斯抽采浓度;再次,分析了不同直径瓦斯抽采管路、管路连接方式下瓦斯抽采负压和瓦斯抽采流量;最后,通过分析大直径钻孔距工作面不同位置时的瓦斯抽采浓度和瓦斯抽采纯流量,有效管控了工作面上隅角瓦斯,保证了上隅角瓦斯浓度不超限。Taking the No.2201 first mining face of Xiaohuigou coal mine as the research object,the comprehensive research method of numerical simulation and field test was adopted to extract gas from goaf by using large-diameter boreholes to achieve the gas extraction with large flow and low negative pressure in the goaf.Firstly,based on the wind flow features and porous media theory,numerical simulation analysis was carried out on the gas extraction in the gob area by large-diameter boreholes.Secondly,the sealing mechanism of large-diameter boreholes was studied,and sealing parameters of large-diameter drilling were determined to ensure the gas extraction volume and concentration from large-diameter boreholes.Thirdly,the negative pressure and flow rate of gas extraction were analyzed for different diameters of gas extraction pipelines and pipeline connection methods.Finally,the analysis of the gas extraction concentration and pure flow rate with large-diameter boreholes at different positions effectively controlled the gas in the upper corner of the working face,ensuring that the gas concentration in the upper corner did not exceed the limit.
